First things first, I will clear up that this question is not about external noise cancellation.
Cheap microphone generates unwanted static noise, so i decided to array two microphones and use "AND" function to filter out signal that is coming out only from both microphones, because each microphone will have different noise from another, noise will be left out, leaving only recorded signal

The bias voltage, resistor, and DC-blocking capacitor are all inside the phone. So just connecting a signal source like a computer's sound card to the microphone input (with ground to the ground ring) should work.
If your sound source's DC output resistance is too low (normally a good thing), the phone could be interpreting it as a continuous button press (Answer or Play/Pause), because the headset button shorts the mic line's bias resistor to ground. Does it do anything to indicate that it thinks a button is being pressed? If this is the case, just put an electrolytic capacitor in series with your source, like 10 µF to 100 µF between your source and the microphone input. This will block the DC current from the bias resistor while allowing the AC signal to pass. Larger capacitance will have better low-frequency response.
For instance, if the input impedance of the phone is 2.2 kΩ, 10 µF will have a -3 dB cutoff frequency of 7 Hz, which is plenty.

What you call the "microphone" is actually the microphone diaphragm itself and a JFET. The JFET is needed to amplify the small signal from the microphone diaphragm such that it can be used. Without the JFET the signal would simply be too weak and the microphone would not be useful.
To make the JFET work, it needs a little bit of DC current. This current can be provided through a resistor (usually a couple of kilo ohms, 5.6 kohm to 10 kohm), see the schematic below.
That V+ is the supply voltage, usually a DC voltage between 5 V and 12 V will work just fine. The JFET outputs the signal as a current which will result in a signal voltage across that same biasing resistor. It is then easy to tap-off just the signal (while blocking the DC biasing voltage) by using a capacitor.
What you can maybe do is place the resistor and the capacitor inside the device to which you're connecting the microphone. Then you can connect the electret microphone directly to the jack connector as you would like. Usually there will be DC supply voltage available which you can use for the biasing voltage V+.
If this is not a solution, for example you cannot modify the device's microphone input, then you will need to construct some box that sits in between the microphone and the device. Fact is that electret microphones simply need this DC supply voltage to work. As the current is quite low you do not immediately need a PSU, it can be operated from a 9 V battery for a very long time as well.

AND is a logical function that doesn't apply to analog signals. It makes no sense in this context.
What you want to do is average (or add, just differs in gain) the two signals. If the noise from each mic is uncorrelated to the other, then this noise will be reduced by 3 dB.
