I am repairing an old tube audio gear from Japan. There are several old oil capacitors, some of them are labelled .01 (M) or .033 (M). Is it 0.01 and 0.033 μF?
There are other capacitors from the same manufacturer and they are clearly labelled with either pF or μF. I do not have a possibility to measure the capacitance. Also, I do not have the schematic.

That is odd.
The stylized K is a trademark of Kemet, who makes both ceramic and tantalum caps.
The polarization marking would indicate tantalum, but the capacitance (if it's only 10,000pF) is rather small for a 25V rated tantalum cap.
My best guess is that this is a 10uF +/- 10% (K tolerance) 25V solid tantalum capacitor.

Turns out it was a pretty good guess. Here's the data sheet (towards the back). It's a MIL-spec solid tantalum cap.
Sometimes you see electrolytics in series to increase the overall voltage rating: -
Here you see five 50V rated caps in series. Note that bleed resistors are needed to equalize the voltage sharing evenly.
Having two series strings of capacitors is just a means of doubling the value.
