I've switched on a dark theme for YouTube, and all the pages I've gone to are in dark theme as far as I can see.
However, there's one particular playlist (unlisted if that matters) that is still in the old layout, and I notice the URL has this &disable_polymer=true.
Tried to change it to &disable_polymer=false and removing it completely but it just shows up again.
Am I missing something?
You can just hover over the video and an icon like this...
The top one, the clock, will add it to your "watch later" list
and the one beneath it with the three lines and arrow adds the video to your queue
You can do this directly from the feed while looking at YouTube videos when you hover over the video. This works int he new YouTube layout so if you are still using the old YouTube layout I'm not sure how that would work.
There is also three dots usually next to a video anywhere on YouTube and when you press it this pops up...
(Add to queue, Save to Watch later, Save to playlist, and Report)
You can press any of the three and it will add the video to a playlist
The closest program I can think of to accomplish that would be the FireFox extension BYTubeD. With it, you can browse to the playlist, and just run it, and it will collect all the videos neatly like this:
(Don't ask, I just found a random playlist).
Then you can copy and format as you wish.

that's standard behavior - YT still didn't implement new design on this. you can remove whole
&disable_polymer=truefrom URL which should bring you desired result.&disable_polymer=truepiece is there for the ability to save an unlisted playlist to your account eg. saving an unlisted playlist should also bring you desired result. more on this topic here: How to play YouTube video list in chronological order?
