Problem with Altium Designer!
I'm trying to use Plane Connect to Polygon with four conductors, but in existing PCB it dosen't work. (in new projects it working)
What could be wrong?
My actions: 1) Set Plane Connect rule. 2) Repour all polygons. (also i'm tried to repour selected polygon)

When you're setting up a new PCB rule, you can type "query text" to match objects to which the rule should apply.
When I do what you're trying to do, I just use "isVia" as the query text and then set the Connect Style to Direct Connect:
I'm not sure how to exclude your QFN's thermal stitching vias though...
It looks like you have the polygon connect style set to relief connection at 45 degree angles. But this pad doesn't have enough clearance around it at the corners to make a connection at 45 degree angles.
Try changing the relief style in design rules, under the "Plane" cateory, to relief connection at 90 degree angle.
If you don't want to affect the rest of your design, you can make a new rule for this named polygon only, to change its relief style.

You need to use another section of the rules.

In the Altium Plane and Polygon differ slightly from each other.
Plane - Less flexible, but quickly processed by the program and does not take large computing power. Also on this layer you can not rout.
Polygon - More flexible for editing, but repour requires more computing power.
