As we know ZIF socket holds ICs and enables us to add or remove easily.
Is there anything for axial elements such as resistor or diodes for holding them without bending those elements?
The problem of ZIF is bending the element
The problem of alligator clips is that the clip is not tight to PCB and it is messy.
My purpose is to test an axial element by a circuit without damaging the pins of it.
As others have mentioned in the comments ZIF sockets are not designed for 100 mil X 100 mil pitch because DIP chips aren't designed like that.
Your use is off-label. So you won't get a perfect solution, but you may look into using a PGA burn-in socket. It'll give you ZIF functionality with a 100 mil X 100 mil grid, though it will always be too large in one dimension for a >2 X 2 pin header.
Your alternatives are:
Follow The Photon's advice and simply design your daughter board to have its programming header as 100 mil header rows separated by 300 mils.
Use a single 100 mil header and tie the rows together on the ZIF socket.
Use pogo pins like almost everyone else in industry and rightly suggested by Ignacio Vazquez-Abrams.
You can replace the 10-pin ISP socket with a 6-pin ISP socket, they are functionally identical.
The original USBASP design brings out an additional 2 signals (the TX and RX pin of the programmer MCU) to normally unused pins of the ISP-10 connector because the USBASP creator planned to add support for access to the target UART for debugging to the firmware, but this was never implemented. You definitely don't need these pins for programming.
I don't think it would be very useful to have these two signals on an ISP-10 header anyway, as most devices with an ISP-10 connector will have these pins connected to ground.

Most alligator clips have a hole at the end opposite the grabber part, often used for soldering a wire onto. However you could use that to mount the alligator clips so they stick off one end of a PCB, like this:
