The component i'm trying to identify is on the usb 2.0 D+ and D- lines of a nintendo switch, its got two ground connections and has the letters DUG on it.
Can anyone identify this component?

Since it's part of a rail gun, it's very likely to be a Thyristor (Silicon Controlled Rectifier), though since there isn't an obvious gate connection, it could be a diode as well. I'm guessing the package is TO-48 or TO-65, but it's tough to be sure.
The board designators seem to be following IEEE STD 315 (kind of).
CR or D: Crystal rectifier (Diode) T: Transformer.
My guess is that this is a common mode choke on the power supply lines.

Maybe this is it, it has the markings of DUG.
