Looking for small prototyping board (soldering) with all holes connected (and user have to destroy unnecessary connections). How is this type of boards called?

The stripboard can be resized, you can chose the strips to be vertical or horizontal. You can also cut the contacts with your mouse like you would do in real life.

Make sure you add a Stripboard and not a Perfboard, the Stripboard is the one circled by the dark red square on the following screenshot: (third item on the first row)
Those connectors will probably be a loose fit in the holes, and they aren't very robust. Headers like these are probably intended for use with that board.
They have 0.64 mm square pins. Check the hole size with the board supplier to make sure. I use 0.9 mm holes for those connectors on my PCBs.
They are available from other suppliers as 2x20, or use shorter lengths as they are end-stackable. You can attach ribbon cable, or use double-row sockets like these on a mating PCB.

It's called Veroboard or Stripboard.
You can get it from any decent electronics supplier (Digikey, Farnell, Sparkfun, Adafruit, etc)
