I'm trying to be this part separately but I don't really know its exact name therefore I couldn't find it.
It's the black separators highlighted in the red rectangle that I'm looking for.
I tried looking for pin separators and pin spacers but that didn't result in anything.
I read it as 47000 pF which would be 0.047 μF. That's a pretty common value in tube type equipment.
Yes, a 400V rating is reasonable.
You should also check the power supply filter cap. That is the tall round can. It most likely has either 2 or 3 sections internally, each with its own connection. The can is the common negative terminal.
On the input to the PCB from the alternator, this large Diode-case-like component appears to be a bi-directional (due to AC, and before the bridge rectification) Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode.
These act as surge voltage absorbing components, which dissipate any voltage above the clamped voltage (as heat) by redirecting the current to the return path.
These are very important for automotive style power supplies like alternators, because the voltage output of these can have seriously high spikes. A car may output a "steady" 14-16V while the engine is running above idle, with spikes in the 40-60V range occurring frequently.
Without these voltage clamps, the diode bridge (probably rated to 40V) would probably fail, any further capacitors or CMOS devices would instantly fail from destructive voltage breakdown.

As mentioned, these spacers are not sold separately (not as a standard part, anyway). However, you can buy headers just like the one you showed in your first picture with the spacers already added. I know Sullins sells some connectors like this with the option of adding these spacers within the order. It's part of the part number configuration. See the catalog page for the PPPC series (http://sullinscorp.com/catalogs/101_PAGE114-115_.100_FEMALE_HDR.pdf). In the fourth table on the first page you'll see the different options for spacers and tail length. I think this is probably what you're looking for. The top of page 2 shows how to configure the part number.
