I need to buy a few of female and male connectors like this one, but I don't know what they are called.

They have a latch on both sides.
This connector is used in an electric scooter, to connect the rear lights (running/brake light and the turn signals.

This is an obscure connector! They are Delphi Pack-Con III terminals. This style of connector is often used to hold blade fuses. The State Wire and Terminal catalog shows several of them:
The male pins don't really match the picture here, but the female pins definitely match. It seems that instead of crimping them, this board has soldered them vertically.
Looks like TE connectivity "AMP Power Series" connectors. There are several versions (15/30/45/50/75/120/whatever). Here is the datasheet. Look starting from page 141, take a caliper, and check which one is yours.
Edit: I'm pretty sure it is actually the AMP Power Series 15/30/45. The housing is the same for these three versions, the difference being the contact and its current carrying capability. It may be more difficult to guess which one of these variants it is. Maybe you can just try the one that has the highest capability, and check that it mates appropriately.
