Getting this error while moved files to another location on same server

This error because of version compatibility. please check which prerequisites for the particular version of Magento

You have a typo at the end of your config, you're missing a comma ',' after

'compression_lib' => 'gzip'

I wouldn't recommend using 777 permissions as this allows global write permissions. In a shared hosting environment i prefer to use :

chown -R webserveruser:webservergroup ./ PATH

If you must use chmod check the official documentation and what it recommends

chmod -R u+w .
