Magento – How to remove Size filter section from layered navigation in magento 1.9.01

Price filter uses a bit different SQL query. It tries to avoid joining with the product entity table and replace it with the price index.

As you are using layered navigation module, you need to modify class app\code\local\Amasty\Shopby\Model\Mysql4\Price.php instead of the magento default.

for removing Price filter Goto Catalog->manage attributes find price attribute and select no in the option Use In Layered Navigation.

for removing SHOP BY goto app/design/frontend/your_theme/default/template/catalog/navigation and in left.phtml file find this code

        <strong><span><?php echo $this->__('Browse By') ?></span></strong>
    </div>

and then put echo in comments. Hope it works.
