Magento – Is There A Way To Force Customers To Only Checkout With Billing Address

On one of my sites, we sell high value items, and to protect against fraud, we need to make sure we only ship to the billing address.

Is there a way of disabling the shipping address option? This will need to support a multi-store installation, as the other sites on the installation sell lower value items that are ok to send to alternative addresses.

I had this problem. My problem was, that same_as_billing_address was set on shipping address through the frontend, therefore the backend thought, there was no second address and skipped the rendering.

Check your frontend, whether it submits correct data.

Onepage Checkout – Reset Form Fields in Billing Form

Using the default theme's classes and id's the following will reset all the inputs inside the ul that the shipping address section is contained.
