For last 2 days i am trying to make two website with different multistore, all the method i follow is correct and i got multiwebsite with multi stores but problem is that only home page is running fine, inner pages like category and product listing pages not working properly .
And i can not add different price for different view stores .
please help me: thanks in advance

Magento have great feasibility with Attributes. When You create a new attribute then you can define what will be scope of that attribute means if scope is store, then you can put different values on store level for that particular attribute.
If your attribute scope is website then you can put different value on website level for that particular attribute means on store level you can not have different value under a particular website.
If your attribute scope is global then you will have same value for all the stores and website.
But there are some attribute which you will have by default into a default magento installation which you may need to use. But you can differentiate value of those attributes per scope of those attribute.
And you can not edit these default attributes scope from the admin panel. If you needed to do that then you have make changes into database.

your website and give URL must equal means index.php Mage::run('websitecode', 'website'); and given website name in admin manage->store. website code 'websitecode' must same website name give any .. and one more thing add new website URL in system->configuration->general(tab)->web :(select your store) unsecure Base Link URL = {{unsecure_base_url}}websitecode/
secure Base Link URL = {{secure_base_url}}websitecode/
and set home page in default page: CMS Home Page = "your cms home page"
here all websitecode is same
