For Magento 1.9.1 Color Swatches, I wonder if it support
Multiple Swatches that both lead to an image change?
For example, my product is a "Pen with a rubber attached", can i make 2 color swatch one for the pen color and the second swatch for the rubber color.
And user can see the correct color combination after the 2 swatches are selected?

I'm on a holiday so can't really type a lot of code here right now..
The module loads a JavaScript file that extends the swatch-change event. On this event I've put an Ajax call that gets the simple product information.
Should be quite straightforward extending this with title and description of you know your way around jquery..
Monocat, Magento have a existing feature to show simple product images at shopping cart.
In order to show simple product image instead of configurable ,please goto admin ->System -> Configuration ->Sales -> Checkout -> Shopping Cart ->
Change Configurable Product Image value to Product Thumbnail Itself and click on save save config to show Product added in shopping cart.
Some Case, we see that this setting does not show at store view label where this field is a Store view label field
So, You create custom extension enabled checkout Section at store view label by create system.xml:

Yes you can select multiple attributes to be used as a swatch, when all options are selected the image from the resulting simple will be shown.
To select multiple swatches goto: System=>Configuration => Configurable Swatches => 'Product Attributes to Show as Swatches in Product Detail' and select the attributes you want to use as a swatch.
