Magento – Magento 2.3 translations (translate label) in the admin panel (backend)

In Magento 1 I just added a translate.csv for my admin area.
How can I achieve this in Magento 2?
I just want to change the translations of a few things and add some missing translations. Can't I put a de_De.csv for the adminhtml area somewhere?

How to handle translations for the admin panel (backend).

Edit/Add CSV as per your Locale. app/design/adminhtml/Shah/default/i18n

If your order already placed from admin - admin might have selected a customer or created using direct customer details.

If the order was placed from frontend then the order object will be having customer details.

By an case you will able to retrieve customer details of an order using

 $_order->getCustomer()

From this you will able to retrieve all details of that order's customer(If they were logged in)

echo $block->getViewFileUrl('Company_Helloworld::yourImage.png');

As a second argument of

\Magento\Framework\View\Element\AbstractBlock::getViewFileUrl($fileId, array $params = [])

you can set an array of next parameters: "module", "_secure", "theme", "area" and "locale"
