Magento – Magento2 – MSI In-Store Pickup how to enable

magento2.3.2msi

I have a fresh Magento 2.3.2 installation and want to allow my customers to pick up their orders in-store.

But I can't find any configuration related to this functionality, can someone explain to me, how to configure In-Store Pickup in Magento?

The MSI In-Store Pickup is not released yet. The public release will be in MSI 1.2 (Magento 2.4).

The error is because in the cookie mage-messages exists exception trace. Try to increase the value of \Magento\Framework\Stdlib\Cookie\PhpCookieManager::MAX_COOKIE_SIZE = 40960; And see in a browser response header value for set-cookie: mage-messages

Solved it.

composer require magento/inventory-composer-metapackage --no-update

That pulled ^1.1 (Nov 2019)

composer update

Then standard magento

php bin/magento cache:clean

php bin/magento setup:upgrade

php bin/magento setup:di:compile

Not spotted any immediate problems. Can confirm changes from patch 2336.patch and 2350.patch came across.

Can confirm a performance improvement in 2.3.0. Not sure what this will mean for future upgrades but good enough for me.
