Magento – No region found within the locale ‘shi’

While opening Sales->Order Grid in magento backend, i am getting this issue –

No region found within the locale 'shi'

I have searched for the solution but nothing to work for my case. If anyone have the idea to resolve that would be appreciated.

I have also this exact problem with currency 'Eur'.

It is in a test environment.

Probably went something wrong with my last test order.

When I removed this order (with a php program) this problem was solved.

Edit:

My problem was with orders and payment methods (now both solved) that my upgrade from 1.5 to 1.9 went right except for the valuta settings in admin (no 'Euro' but Afghan..), another time I have done this upgrade (still testing) I did not have this problem, yes that is Magento, it takes all your time .. up to the next errors ..

Look in the table eav_attribute for a record with backend_model = 'scena/catalog_attribute_backend_cimage' and delete the row.
Clear the cache when you are done.

I took a look through the extension code.
To completely uninstall the extension you need to remove the tables zitec_branding_store and zitec_branding. and remove the extension from the core_resource table` with

DELETE FROM `core_resource` WHERE `code` = 'zitec_branding_setup';

The extension does not add any product or category attributes. My hunch is that you have an other extension that is responsible for this error.
I see that you have an extension called BL_CustomGrid that has an eval in it. Never use extensions that have eval in their php code. Even if they might work, they are very dangerous.

change your indexController indexAction as below

and for your 4 product issue please check in your app/design/frontend/YourPackge/YourTheme/checkout/cart/crosssell.phtml file any condition who breaks for loop after four product then change it.

to increase limit for cross-sell product follow this quick step

1) copy app/code/core/Mage/Checkout/Block/Cart/Crosssell.php file to app/code/local/Mage/Checkout/Block/Cart/Crosssell.php

2) find this line and increase limit as per your need protected $_maxItemCount = 4;
