Magento – turn off magento url rewrite

i'm not able to turn off magento url rewrite, and i would like to ADD index.php to url; all this because since i turn ON magento url rewrite, i'm not able to save any data in the backend.

This are my setting:

I have already delete cache and session from FTP
I have already reindex data from SSH : "php shell/indexer.php reindexall"
I have already TRUNCATE core_url_rewrite table
