Magento 2.4.3 Backend Very Slow After Upgrade – Solutions

I upgraded my site from Magento 2.4.2 to 2.4.3,
and now frontend is ok, but backend very slow.
2.4.2 was fine.
Still to see warnings –

Attention

Something went wrong.

A technical problem with the server created an error. Try again to continue what you were doing. If the problem persists, try again later.

Invalid security or form key. Please refresh the page.

indexer, cache and cookies cleaning doesn't help.

Any idea?

bin/magento config:set system/security/max_session_size_admin 0

Unsure if you solved this in the end, but we had the same issue when upgrading from 2.4.2 to 2.4.3.

The issue for us was from some new logo arguments added to default.xml in 2.4.3:

        <argument name="logoPathResolver" xsi:type="object">Magento\Theme\ViewModel\Block\Html\Header\LogoPathResolver</argument>
        <argument name="logo_size_resolver" xsi:type="object">Magento\Theme\ViewModel\Block\Html\Header\LogoSizeResolver</argument>
    </arguments>
</block>

As we were overriding default.xml in our theme these were missing. Adding these arguments to our theme default.xml solved it.

Magento2.4.3 Session Parameter Issue – Fix for Backend Observer

After wasting a combined 10 hours on this issue, it turns a "max session size" setting has been added deep down in the store configuration:

Stores > Configuration > Advanced > System > Security > Max Session Size in Admin

This isn't mentioned as a potential breaking change in the release notes.
