503 error (Service Unavailable) in the jetty server

What is the solution of 503 error (Service Unavailable) in a Jetty server.
I am using jetty with the eclipse IDE besides the GWT as front end tool.

At the same time my one module is running good, but when I try to run my second module which is error free, I get the error 503 service unavailable.

I don´t know much about jetty but while informing me about it (what it is and what it does) I found this in a wiki:

If jetty fails to show the expected pages when you try to login, and gives a 404 or 503 error, this can be caused by an error in one of the configuration files, especially etc/snmp-graph.properties. The place to look is logs/daemon/output.log.

Check the log files to see if there is more useful information there. If you are not already running it from the command line, try that ("java -jar start.jar" instead of double-clicking the start.jar file). Between those two there should be information pointing you in the right direction.

Most likely what is happening is that there is a problem with the WAR file Jetty is trying to start. You will need to see a log file or other output to determine what problem it is having.

This isn't necessarily a Jetty/Jetty Runner issue. Jetty is the Servlet container, while the response is generated by the servlet (or something higher up which ultimately implements a servlet). Without knowing what you are using above Jetty to generate your content, it is hard to say.

One thing you can do is explicitly define your char-set in the HTML itself using meta tags. HTML5 has simplified how to do this:
