You are correct in looking at the RAID drivers, this is usually the cause of the bluescreen at this point. Are you sure the drivers you are getting from the Dell website are correct, and that when using the F6 option you are selecting the correct one, often at this point you are presented with a number of drivers to choose from.

Try using DevCon, a Microsoft utility.

The DevCon utility is a command-line utility that acts as an alternative to Device Manager. Using DevCon, you can enable, disable, restart, update, remove, and query individual devices or groups of devices.

As long as you unpack your drivers into a default search path, you could call a rescan to capture all the devices not installed initially.
