I would like to share this mistake as i have waste for one day on this.
So I think i might be useful for other

There is a puppet server setup by my colleague in infrastructure team.
They provide me another window 2008 r2 to install puppet agent on my own.

I try to run puppet agent and it always show message

Error 400 on SERVER: The environment must be purely alphanumeric, not
'puppet-ca'

The root cause is that the puppet version on puppet master server is 3.8.1 However i install puppet 4.1.0 on puppet agent.

Puppet master version must be greater than or equal puppet agent version. The solution is that i uninstall puppet on puppet agent and reinstall puppet version 3.8.1 instead.

When you run sudo ./puppet-enterprise-install you MUST answer y or accept the default to this question:

-> console

The console is a web interface for viewing reports, classifying nodes, directly managing resources, controlling Puppet runs, and invoking MCollective agents.
It should usually be installed on the puppet master server, but can also installed separately.

Also try and have mysql root account setup so you know the password for the root@localhost mysql account.

What version of the mysql module do you have installed? (check its Modulefile)

Looks like the openstack modules depend on behavior of older versions of the mysql module, and declare that correctly in their dependencies - they seem to be happy only with 0.9.0.

Assuming you're not using the mysql module elsewhere, try downgrading to that version.
