Mail server configuration through exim

I am creating my mail server and It's Continue to send/receive mails at local server through Exim, but still unable to send/receive mails from another server and show error

That error doesn't show exactly what happened before which has deferred the message. Try running exigrep against your log files and look for the message ID (1QnnHq-0001hB-K2). That should produce some more output showing what originally went wrong.

So, after your localuser router, add a slightly modified copy of your dnslookup router:

dnslookup2:
  driver = dnslookup
  domains = example.net
  transport = remote_smtp
  ignore_target_hosts = 0.0.0.0 : 127.0.0.0/8
  no_more

Note that "domains =" has been changed as has the name of the router.

FWIW it's an odd configuration to have the server in question think that example.net is local if it's being handled as a local domain, with a different set of valid users, somewhere else. Not a wrong configuration necessarily, but odd enough to make my "you may have made a wrong choice before you got here" sense tingle.

Exim 4 connection timeout

Might be your ip(Mail Server's) is blocked in the receiver server. So, check with the receiver side, whether you ip is blocked or not.
