ProFTPD – Missing mod_tls on Debian

Add the testing repos to your sources.list:

deb http://ftp.debian.org/debian testing main contrib

Now do 'apt-get install gcc-4.4' ; it turns out that 4.4 is packaged so it can be installed alongside the straight 'gcc' package.

Try this:

Unattended-Upgrade::Origins-Pattern {
        "o=Debian,a=testing";
        "o=Debian,a=stable";
        "o=Debian,a=stable-updates";
        "o=Debian,a=proposed-updates";
        "origin=Debian,archive=stable,label=Debian-Security";
};

The file /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/20auto-upgrades must contain:

APT::Periodic::Update-Package-Lists "1";
APT::Periodic::Unattended-Upgrade "1";
