Nginx – windows start nginx and php-fpm in background in the same bat

I'm trying to create a bat file on windows 10 to start the nginx and php-fpm in background.
At the moment I can do that but the command window (black window) remains open. If I close the window the php-fpm is terminated as well.

here is what I've added in start.bat

EXIT

this is what is printed on black window:

Starting Nginx...
Start Php-cgi...

I want the window to automatically close, but keep the process(nginx and php-fpm) running.

php-cgi locks the window. Try the solution nginx guys give on their page. PHP-FastCGI on Windows

I think your max_children is too low

Also you can try switching from TCP port to unix socket for php-fpm:

php-fpm.conf

<value name="listen_address">/tmp/php.sock</value>

nginx.conf

fastcgi_pass unix:/tmp/php.sock;

Unix sockets are ~20% faster
You don't use time-wait sockets for each connect

dont start so many php servers initially, perhaps consider testing without this block of code too:

open_file_cache max=5000 inactive=20s;
open_file_cache_valid    30s;
open_file_cache_min_uses 2;
open_file_cache_errors   on;

it looks to me like your trying to load too much into ram initially with php though, it also sounds like your website is a little resource intensive based on the memory usage in top, have you considered an opcode cacher like APC? http://pecl.php.net/APC
