Nginx – How to Renew Certificate in Nginx Proxy Manager

I try to renew the SSL certificate in Nginx Proxy Manager
I added the certificate – it was accepted and shows in the control panel the right expiry date.
Then I changed it for a host.
But if I go to the site it shows still the old (expiting certificate)
Do I have to restart something?
On host or in NPM?

After some trial and error I came to the conclusion that the right certificate has to be also set up on the host. Intially I set it up only on Nginx Proxy Manager.

After setting the very same certificate also on the host(s) it has begun to work properly. I keep the question here for the case someone has the same question/problem

To terminate SSL on nginx:

a) The server section needs to specify port and 'ssl'

listen 192.168.2.26:443 ssl;

b) The server block then also specifies certs and ssl params

ssl_certificate      new-cert.cer;
ssl_certificate_key  new-cert.key;

ssl_protocols SSLv3 TLSv1;
ssl_ciphers HIGH:!aNULL:!MD5;

Finally, I found out that my docker-compose.yaml was not correct. Here is my new config:

nginx-proxy:
  image: jwilder/nginx-proxy
  ports:
  - "80:80"
  - "443:443"
  volumes:
  - /var/local/nginx/certs:/etc/nginx/certs
  - /etc/letsencrypt:/etc/letsencrypt
  - /var/run/docker.sock:/tmp/docker.sock

owncloud:
  image: owncloud
  expose:
  - 443
  environment:
  - "VIRTUAL_HOST=owncloud.mydomain.com,www.owncloud.mydomain.com"
  volumes:
  - "owncloud-data:/var/www/html"

A link to my fullchain.pem and privkey.pem is within /var/local/nginx
