I need to install a software using a login script, which is distributed by the GPO.
Currently it is starting, but it is not run as an administrator, so the installation is not done.
How can I make this script run as an administrator in the login to install??
Note: All users have an administrator user, so it is okay to run with the current user as long as it is started "as administrator"
The specific problem you're having is that MSIEXEC, called in that manner, runs asynchronously. Run it with a start /wait msiexec ... command and you'll get what you're looking for.
Having said that, you're replicating a subset of functionality that's already built into the Group Policy client. You should research Software Installation policy to see what it can do for you. You can create a reasonably scalable, deterministic automated software installation environment without writing any scripts. It's not perfect but it does the job in a lot of cases. It'll also be much easier for The Next GuyTM to understand than a maze of batch scripts that you'll create this way.

Any user configuration items, including login scripts are run with the user's permissions. In order to run a script (or software installation) with elevated permissions you need to either run it using Computer configuration, which will run as local system, or use group policy preferences to create a scheduled task and configure the desired credentials.
