Asp – Server.Transfer not working on IIS7

I have a few ASP pages. One of them is using Server.Transfer to load another ASP page. But the page does not get called. If I change it to Response.Redirect, it is working fine. Can anyone help me?
By the way, it is working fine on IIS 6 on Windows Server 2003. It only has problem when I moved to IIS 7 on Windows Server 2008.

transfer can only support within same domain...

In IIS manager click on the application in the tree.

Double click ASP under the IIS section.

Expand "Debugging Properties"

Ensure both "Enable Client-side Debugging" and "Enable Server-side debugging" are set to false.

When debugging is enabled ASP is limited to processing one request at a time in a single threaded manner.

It works for me once I added ASP under Programs and Features without any issues.. One thing I noticed is a checkbox to "enable server side includes" so if your ASP app has that, you may want to check that off.

You also may want to check security settings but I didn't have any issues with that either.
