C# – HTTP Error 502.5 – ANCM Out-Of-Process Startup Failure after upgrading to ASP.NET Core 2.2

This error has no true magic bullet answer. The key is to have all the information to understand the problem. Most likely a dynamically loaded assembly is missing a referenced assembly. That assembly needs to be in the bin directory of your application.

Right click on solution --> Properties

Look under Common Properties --> Startup Project

Select multiple startup projects

select Start action on the projects you need to debug.
