Can not Download Glassfish on Netbeans

I am facing this problem in the picture above. I have done the same many times before. But know I have stuck to this error. I use Windows 10 and Netbeans 8.2 can anyone help?

I reproduced your problem in NetBeans 8.2 and NetBeans 9.0 RC1. It is a bug and I have reported it: NETBEANS-997 Unable to download and create GlassFish server

Fortunately there is a simple workaround:

First, download Glassfish outside of NetBeans as a zip file.
Unzip it to a suitable directory.
On the Add Server Instance screen in NetBeans, click Browse... and select the directory containing the unzipped GlassFish files .

Thanks to Kasun Gajasinghe's tip, I found the solution in the "suggested" link. Update the following file (replace 7.x with your NetBeans version):

C:\Program Files\NetBeans 7.x\etc\netbeans.conf

Change the following line to point it where your Java installation is:

netbeans_jdkhome="C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7xxxxx"

You may need administrator privileges to edit netbeans.conf.

Netbeans error with glassfish server 3.1

I encounted the same problem. It was because the server takes over the proxy settings of the IDE by default. You can deselect it by going to GlassFish Server 3.x properties and then click on the java tab ==> deselect Use IDE's proxy settings.

Afther that i could deploy my application.
