Crystal reports setting for Language

I have a report that I run and comes up with different characters based on the {race} field. For example if {race} = Chinese in the report viewer it translates "Chinese: in Chinese characters and for any other race it does the same.

Is this a setting in Crystal reports that I can change this to.
Also if i run the report on a different PC with Crystal runs fine.
What could be the setting that is causing this in Crystal Reports XI

Here are the steps:

Click Start > Control Panel. Double-click Regional and Language Settings. Change the current language to the one preferred. Click Apply > OK. Restart the OS if necessary. Restart Crystal Reports designer. The user interface language has been changed.

How are you connecting to the database, by creating your own connection at runtime via setting the authentication or are you letting Crystal do the connection via the stored connection in the report? If you are doing your own connection in any way, shape, or form, you have to manually close the connection and call the dispose before disposing the report.

It is quite possible this is a memory leak. I have experienced these before. There is also a memory leak issue with Crystal Reports and is talked about on their forum quite a bit but no fix was issued when I was using it a few years ago. I ditched Crystal for other options.
