Delphi 4 error:- file not found:’htmlcons.inc’

I was trying to run/compile/build/ the Project (Delphi 4).

I tried out this method also

It consistently shows to an error

  "file not found:'htmlcons.inc'"

at wits end ,what to do?

htmlcons.inc is part of the "HTML Viewer Components" available (for free) from http://pbear.com/.

It is basically a Delphi based HTML rendering engine.

The .dpr doesn't show by default when you open a project. In the menu, go to Project|View Source.

I'm only guessing, but from the error message and the name of FSectionList, it's some kind of List which holds generic TObject instances and BackgroundBitmap is one of them.

You would need to cast it back as a TBitmap:

Bitmap := FSectionList.BackgroundBitmap as TBitMap;
