I was working on Eclipse RCP
and I got this error

An error report file with more information is saved as:
F:\Eclipse RCP\hs_err_pid3192.log

The crash happened outside the Java Virtual Machine in native code.

Just for the record, this was likely caused by Windows UAC, see java.com's description.
