How to make phpstorm display line numbers by default?
Couldn't find that option. It's kind of annoying to turn them on manually for each page.

Visual Studio has line numbering:
Tools -> Options -> Text Editor -> All Languages -> check the "Line numbers" checkbox.
Version 2.6 and above:
PyCharm (far left menu) -> Preferences... -> Editor (bottom left section) -> General -> Appearance -> Show line numbers checkbox
Version 2.5 and below:
Settings -> Editor -> General -> Appearance -> Show line numbers checkbox
