The jQuery plugin uses sIFR 2, however you seem to be using an (old) sIFR 3 movie.

try removing "font-weight: bold;" from your code. If you view the actual swf file:

Rockwell has 3 different styles/weights exported, yours only has one.

Since you don't have a bold in your swf i'd say thats why its not showing
