Repository has not been enabled to accept revision propchanges; ask the administrator to create a pre-revprop-change hook

When starting all over is not an option...

I deleted the log file in the .svn directory (I also deleted the offending file in .svn/props-base), did a cleanup, and resumed my update.

For Windows, here's a link to an example batch file that only allows changes to the log message (not other properties):

Basically copy the code below into a text file and name it pre-revprop-change.bat and save it in the \hooks subdirectory for your repository.
