I use Amazon a lot, but its search facilities are poor.
Today's example is that I'm looking for a 3TB internal disc drive. Virtually every drive on the market gets a hit because 3TB is mentioned somewhere in the text or, worse still, in an advert on the page.
Can I restrict my search to the Product title only?
I've been filtering my book searches by Kindle Edition and Prime Eligible and, so far, the search results have all been available in lending library.
The filters appear on the left sidebar after you search in the Books department.
For example, to see the filters, select Books under All Departments in the Search drop-down list at the top of the Amazon home page. Enter some search terms and click the GO button or just click the GO button without any search terms.
Then select the Kindle Edition and Prime Eligible checkbox filter options located down along the left side of the page. Note that you have to have signed-up for Prime Eligible membership to see this filter option.
Amazon changed layout a bit. The Search Option still there and got expanded. 
At the end of the summary for reviews section, click on the blue number that has how many reviews a product has. Then, scroll down to the bottom of the first list of reviews they give you and click "see all (# of reviews)". The search button is on the left.

I don't think you can search in product title only, but put into the search box "3TB internal disk drive" and search in department "computers"
When the search comes back, look on the left side of the screen and scroll down. You should see a section to choose the size. Click the box next to 3TB.
