I am a developer for Cognito Forms. The Yes/No field has to have a default value by design. This is because the Checkbox and Toggle cannot be blank, they have to have a True or False value.
When the Yes/No field is required the “Yes” or “True” answer is always the required answer no matter what the default answer was set to. This has been designed this way so that when the field is displayed as a checkbox a user will have to check the box acknowledging that they have read the statement.
If you need to make a Yes/No value with radio buttons you can use the Choice Field and only have two options labeled “Yes” and “No”. Then you could make the Choice Field required and not specify a default value. Either value would then be acceptable as an answer.
I am a developer for Cognito Forms.
Currently Range Validation (ie min and/or max values) is supported on Number, Date, and Currency fields. We have recently added support to support this same Range Validation on Price and Calculation fields. That feature will be released early next week.
To enable this Range Validation add the appropriate field to the builder. At the bottom of the Field Settings there is a Range option that supports both Minimum and Maximum Values. This can be used to require that the input of the field is between the specified Minimum and Maximum values. You do not have to enter both a Min and a Max, you can specify one, the other, both, or neither. The Min/Max values can specify either a static value or calculation.

I am a developer for Cognito Forms.
You can change the color of the submit button. On the Publish page you can click "Form Styles" on the left side of the page. You will then be shown different styling options, one of which is Button & Link color.
Another option would be to use CSS if your form is embedded on your website. This can be done by using the following basic CSS, the color will need to be changed to the color of your choice.
