We receive email copies of the forms received from our site. We need to print this email copy out for particular reasons. However, the form is quite spread out when it prints. Is there any way of condensing the format that gets emailed to us?

I am a developer for Cognito Forms.
You can use the email notification field as a 'CC' for other email addresses. You have the ability to add more then one email in the "To" field by separating each email address with a semicolon (;).
You are welcome to submit a Feature Request with some specific use cases for a dedicated 'CC' field.

Please up-vote and add your comments to the card on how you would be using entry embedding and what particular functions you would like to see in the feature.
For now, there are a couple of ways you can accomplish getting the data into your website, they just take a little bit more work and know-how.
The first is using our "Post JSON data to website" feature. By writing a custom webhook, you would be able to retrieve your entry data and display it on your site. For more information on this method, read our blog post: https://www.cognitoforms.com/support/66/data-integration/webhooks.
The second method would be to use our recently released Zapier integration. Here, again, you can use the Webhook, or many other options that Zapier offers, such as having the data sent to a SQL or MySQL database. Not currently, as the email format in Cognito Forms is specifically designed to work on a variety of different email clients (especially phones) and it is difficult to produce a condensed view that responds well in all of these cases.
However, you can print entries from administration using the Print button, which is a much more condensed format similar to the form when filled out, but read-only with all information viewable. Also, we are working on PDF & Word Merging to allow you to generate custom printable PDF and Word documents in any format you want, and this feature will include support for attaching these to email notifications and confirmations.
