Under the Notification Email section, I can select "Include entry details?" When I do that, the content is garbled in the email received. No break points, etc.
I know I could pick and choose each field in the Message part, but when you have lots of data, and use multiple repeating sections, that could be a nightmare. In fact, when using repeating sections, I don't even see those as an option to include in the message area.
Are there any other ways to customize?
I am a developer for Cognito Forms.
Currently email notifications and confirmations present entry details in a one column layout with left-aligned field labels. The reason for this relates to the current state of HTML support in email clients, which do not support many of the modern layout options. Also, our goal was to have these emails be easy to read on mobile devices, where the majority of email messages are now read each day.
Having said this, I will add this suggestion to our Idea Board and mention it to our design team to get their input and consideration for updates in the future.
Also, for email confirmations, you can create a fully customized email message including entry data like the following example:

You can use the email notification field as a 'CC' for other email addresses. You have the ability to add more then one email in the "To" field by separating each email address with a semicolon (;).
You are welcome to submit a Feature Request with some specific use cases for a dedicated 'CC' field.

The best option in Cognito Forms for including entry details for complex forms (especially with repeating sections) is to include the entry details as a PDF attachment.
