Our forms will display in a top down easy to use format on mobile phones but if we use the embed code in a page on our website it doesn't display that way.
Is there a way we can still use the embed code on our site and still have the form display correctly on a mobile phone?
I am a developer for Cognito Forms. We recently released support for conditionally visible fields, sections, content, etc. based on custom calculations on forms. As part of this we also conditionally hide these fields when sending email notifications with submitted form data. Unfortunately there was a small bug related to conditionally hidden content fields, which your form uncovered (because it was quite complex!). So while the entries are being saved, the email notification is not being sent and the confirmation is not displayed. The fix is currently being tested and will be deployed soon. You can avoid the issue for now by not sending detailed email notifications.

First off, I am a developer for Cognito Forms. This is a feature we are adding in the next release, which is currently in testing. Here is an example of the feature on the Form Settings Menu.
We will be sending out an email to all Cognito users when the new features become available.

All forms in Cognito Forms are automatically responsive. However, if you are embedding them in your website, your website must also be responsive in order for the forms to adapt correctly.
The forms will automatically switch to a narrow single column format suitable for phones when their container drops below 400 logical pixels. You just need to make sure the containing DIV on your website is allowed to resize and is not a fixed width.
