I'm trying to have people go back in after they've submitted the form and fix things. I've marked the entries incomplete and want to, whenever the form is deemed incomplete, have an automatic email response sent to the enterer asking them to complete other details. How do I do this?

The form’s preview option is only to see how the form will look; it doesn’t create new entries when you submit from the previewed form. You can, however, easily test your form at any time from the live installation.
Email notifications can be enabled within your form settings by checking the box labeled “Receive email notifications?” and entering in one or more email address. The emails can simply let you know there’s been a new entry, or it can include the submission’s field data by clicking the “Include details?” box that appears after email notifications have been selected.
Once live, any form entries are automatically stored in the entries folder for that form, and are hosted on a secure Microsoft Azure Cloud Server. You can view all your entries in this folder at any time, even if you have email notifications enabled.

You can include entry details on the confirmation page in Cognito Forms, which will automatically include a read-only printable version of the form submission users can print for their records. Here are the steps to configure this:
- Go to Build for the form you are working on
- Click on Submisssion Settings in the green footer or on the Submit button area on your form
- Click the Include entry details? checkbox under Confirmation Options
- Save your form
This will make the full entry details appear on the confirmation page for the form.

They will be able to edit the entry, including saving incremental changes, until they click Submit. When they click submit, they will no longer be able to make changes using this link and the normal submission emails and integrations will be kicked off.
