Cognito-forms – How to duplicate an existing Cognito form

You can now do this in Cognito Forms in two different ways:

1. If you are a member of both organizations, you now have the option to copy forms from other organizations when creating a new form. Just select New Form - Copy Existing Form.

2. You can share your form designs with anyone by enabling sharing under Form Settings. This will provide you with a link that anyone can use to create forms based on your form design.

Great to hear from you! At present, there is not a way to copy forms from one organization to another. Never fear, though! Within the very near future, we will have this capability. Keep an eye on this card for updates on the release of this feature.

Update:
Now that this feature is live, I'd like to run through a quick example for future reference.

Here I have created two organizations, "Demonstration" and "Demonstration 2". I am currently in the "Demonstration 2" organization and am selecting "Copy an existing form" from the New Form dropdown on the home page:

Selecting the "Demonstration" organization from the menu on the left of the Copy page displays my forms from that organization, at which point I am free to copy the form into my current organization ("Demonstration 2"):
