Cognito-forms – How to edit or cancel a Cognito Forms submission

I am a developer for Cognito Forms.

You have a couple of options:

1. You can pass information to another page via the redirect url and querystring paramaters: https://www.cognitoforms.com/support/181/building-forms/posting-data-through-the-redirect-url

2. You can post the entire form as JSON to a webhook: https://www.cognitoforms.com/support/66/data-integration/webhooks

Your best option in this case would likely be the first option as it will happen synchronously and would support data to both scripts on the client and code on the server. Please add comments to your question to clarify it if this does not answer your question.

It is possible to include entry details in the body portion of the message by picking fields to include in the message body. This is an alternative to selecting to include all entry details, which uses a table to show each field and value.

However, even if only the message body is included, the email is still sent as an HTML email message, with limited formatting. Is this your question, to send just as a true plain text email with absolutely no formatting. If so, would you describe the scenario where this is helpful?

We worked hard to ensure that the email notifications would look good (or at least be readable) on mobile devices. However, email is a tricky thing, so any insight into your specific needs will be helpful.
