I'm a developer with Cognito Forms.
You can provide users with a 'view entry link' in the confirmation message or the confirmation email, by using the Entry Link Sharing Feature. We do not yet have a way for a user to log in and view past entries. This is a feature on our Idea Board, called the Customer Portal.
