Can I get a line break in a form question label? I want to list the answer question and then put "(please check all that apply)" underneath in smaller font italicised.

You can specify help text for fields that will appear underneath the question in italics. Therefore, typing "Please check all that apply" in the help text field will show "Please check all that apply" underneath the question in italics.
