Is there any way to provide an end time as well, like forming a small clip?

?start=<seconds>and?end=<seconds>to define start and end points, such as:This only works with the above (embed) style of link (as opposed to the watch page).
Note: the time must be an integer number of seconds (e.g.
119, not1m59s).
