On the Old Spice Facebook page, there are videos that permit public commenting (you don't have to be a fan or Like the page).
I can't seem to turn public commenting on for my page's videos (neither the comments nor the textarea are visible).

You can "like" a Facebook page as a page you administer. For this you need to log-in your account - Then go to the page you'd like to "like" as a page - scroll down until you see the option to “Add to My Page’s Favorites” at the very bottom on the left hand side.
Now click this option and you’ll see a pop-up window, where you can choose from the pages you admin.
That's it.
The option is right there on the share dialog -
You can choose On your page and there will be options to post it on a page you administer and itt'll be posted as your page.

This seems to be something that is only whitelisted for certain companies. So it is not possible to do as a regular page maybe only as a a partner with Facebook.
