How do I leave a network?
To leave a supported network:
- Open the Account dropdown menu at the top right corner of Facebook and choose Account Settings.
- Click Edit next to Networks.
- Click Remove next to the network name you wish to remove.
- Click Save Changes.

It seems that you are now able again to remove your primary network. I just did it. There is a new Remove link next to your primary network and... voilà!
No, it is not possible to do this. (Also, your profile will be converted to Timeline soon.)

In addition to the answer provided by Chris, an easier way to get your ID is to enter the URL:
https://graph.facebook.com/{YOUR_FACEBOOK_USERNAME}This will provide you with your ID which you can use with the URL as mentioned by Chris.
