I don't want my friends to see whatever posts I put in public or private pages. I want to restrict them for a few posts. Is it possible? Only the people who ever liked that page, are supposed to see the posts / comments.

It appears there's no way to do this, unfortunately.
What I ended up doing was to do the going-forward arrangement, and then work back a couple of months, making corrections manually (#1). Better than nothing. There is also the issue of my comments on others' posts being visible. In my case, I think this is "good enough", though I do wish there was a better solution available (without programmering).
It might be possible to use the Facebook API to achieve this, but I didn't see anything ready-made with some quick searching.
These posts that you are taking about are "Sponsored" posts, which have only recently started to surface around Facebook.
They can be removed, like any other post:

Well, The question is quite contradictory. You say "public" pages. Hence, your friends are also "Public". There is no way to change such Privacy Options. Only Solution is to "Block" the friend to whom you don't want your post to display.
